HOW TO APPROACH

YOU CAN DO THE FULL CHAKRA MEDITATION ANYTIME YOU NEED TO SIMPLY BRING AWARENESS AND START TO CLEAR THE CHANNEL

8 day programme

Day 1 - Read through material about what's going on

OR dive straight into the CHAKRA explanations

begin with Root chakra -

MAKE NOTE of areas you want to work on (start to become aware of how your root chakra looks and feels)

- then listen to guided relaxation - ask the subconscious any questions it needs to know around this area and in this state ask what it needs... this can be your intention

You might like to come up and journal about what came up during the relaxation

---THERE are SUGGESTED INTENTIONS that may inspire you if nothing arises

NIDRA = you can further reinforce this intention in a nidra practice (using it as your sankalpa)

Day 2 - Morning meditation = carry through same intention based on root chakra... visualise what it looks like - and ask yourself what feels a little bit out of your comfort zone - to face this fear/ voice this shame/ release this hurt

- it can be 1 small step

Write it down ... and schedule it in your calendar - the sooner you do - the sooner you will see your manifestations come to life (as you are signalling to the Universe you are owning everything that you are and showing up in the world as YOU)

... at any time in the day or before meditation you can do yoga poses/ breathwork

Evening = read through chakra 2 - make notes if you choose

guided relaxation - choose intention

Day 3 - morning medi using chakra 2 intention

any yoga/ breathing that you wish

set yourself DARES

Evening = read through chakra 3 - notes

relaxation - subconscious questions

OPTIONAL nidra 

Day 4 - chak 3 medi, yoga, breath

DARES

evening - chak 4 TRUTH (notes, relaxation - notes and suggestions for intentions)

optional nidra - or can just let the intention sink in as you sleep

Day 5 - chak 4 medi, yoga, breath

DARES

evening - read through chak 5 TRUTH (notes, relaxation, suggested intention)

NIDRA

Day 6 - chak 5 - medi, yoga, breath

DARES

evening - chak 6  TRUTH reading, relaxation, intention setting

you could Ask it a question you wish to have answered, and then leave it be to work out the answer... you might know in the morning

Day 7 - chak 6 medi, yoga, breath

DARES

evening - chak 7 reading, relaxation, intention

NIDRA

Day 8 - morning chak 7 medi w intention, yoga, breath/ mudra

DARES

evening - total chakra sweep - self worth meditation

NIDRA

... Can take your time and extend the practice - if one chakra feels it needs more time - trust your intuition and go with that

Double dares (part 2 - involve seeing how you show up in relationships, looking at triggers a little more...)
